Pushpa is an accomplished education and training consultant with over eight years of experience across education, training, communication, and social development in Papua New Guinea.
Her expertise spans curriculum design, teacher training, corporate facilitation, project management, and emotional intelligence development. She has designed and led transformative programs for organizations including Santos Foundation, Abt Associates (PIE), NCSL, NAC, and PNGSDP.
Pushpa holds Master’s degrees in Education (University of Auckland) and Technology (Industrial Biotechnology), plus postgraduate qualifications in International Education, Early Childhood Education & Care, and Training & Assessment. A Licensed EQ and LPI Trainer, she integrates emotional intelligence into teacher and corporate programs, empowering educators, developing leaders, and supporting PNG’s national education goals.
With over 17 years of executive experience in procurement, logistics, and operations, Srinivas brings strong commercial and governance expertise to Digikesen. As former COO at Theodist Ltd. and senior leader at Brian Bell Group, he transformed national operations, introduced category management, and mentored hundreds of PNG professionals in supply chain leadership.
