1. Subscription

• Your subscription provides access to the selected learning package for the period stated at the time of purchase.
• Access begins once payment has been successfully received.
• Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

2. Access to Learning Content

• Your subscription includes access only to the modules, bonus content and benefits listed in your selected subscription package.
• Access expires automatically at the end of your subscription period unless renewed.
• Digikesen may update, improve or replace learning content from time to time to keep it relevant.

3. Online Review Sessions

• Review sessions require advance booking and are subject to availability.
• If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may book another available session during your active subscription period.
• Unused sessions expire when your subscription ends.

4. Certificates

• Certificates are issued only after all required learning activities and assessments for a module have been successfully completed.
• Certificates recognise completion of the learning programme only and are not professional licences, academic qualifications or guarantees of employment.
• Employers and other organisations retain sole discretion regarding recognition or acceptance of certificates.

5. Assessments

• Learners may retake quizzes and assessments where permitted within the platform.
• Digikesen reserves the right to withhold certificates where there is evidence of cheating, misuse of the platform or other dishonest conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

• All videos, course materials, assessments, graphics, documents, trademarks and other content remain the property of Digikesen or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, record, download, distribute, modify, publish, sell or share any content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to share your login credentials; allow multiple users to access your account; copy, extract, reverse engineer or misuse the platform; upload harmful, illegal or offensive content; or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Digikesen may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without refund.

8. Fees and Refunds

• Subscription fees are payable in advance and include GST where stated.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Failure to use your subscription does not entitle you to a refund or extension.

9. Availability

• While Digikesen aims to provide reliable access, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet connectivity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. No Employment Guarantee

• Participation in Digikesen LVL UP is intended to support professional development and skill enhancement. Digikesen does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, business success or any particular outcome resulting from completion of the programme.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digikesen provides the platform and learning content on an ‘as available’ basis.
• Digikesen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
• Digikesen’s total liability relating to your subscription shall not exceed the amount paid for that subscription.

12. Privacy

• Personal information collected during registration and use of the platform will be handled in accordance with Digikesen’s Privacy Policy.

13. Changes
