Our Journey
How It Started, How It's Growing
Ten years ago, Digikesen began with a simple belief: anything worth having takes time and that includes building people. What started as targeted workshops has grown into a national capacity-building partner across ECEC, FODE, VET, Corporate Learning, and EQ Leadership. Along the way, we’ve learned this truth:
when teachers are empowered and teams are emotionally intelligent, systems change.
- Launched community-anchored projects linking FODE/VET with local employment pathways.
- Designed PNG-contextualized Early Learning Curriculum (K1, K2, Prep) with teacher guides and a 10-month workbook series.
- Delivered EQ & LPI programs that built leadership pipelines inside PNG organizations.
- Established demonstration models like Edai and Boera Early Learning Centres, and supported Pimaga VET & FODE operations.
- Introduced the Digikesen School & Campus Management System - a powerful digital platform modernizing school administration, data management, and monitoring & evaluation across PNG's education sector.

I arrived in PNG as an educator with ideas—and the humility to learn. My early years were spent listening to teachers, visiting classrooms, and understanding quality in low-resource settings. The decade that followed was one of building—teacher development, curriculum design, and project leadership—anchored in empathy and evidence. I’ve learned that my growth is inseparable from the growth of those I serve.
What PNG Gave Me

– Srinivas Ramamoorthy
Srinivas Ramamoorthy grew up in Papua New Guinea. PNG is home – school, first job, first team, first leadership role. Over the last 17+ years, he has hired, trained, and mentored hundreds of PNG professionals, building high-performing procurement and operations teams.
What PNG Gave Me
- A canvas to practice servant leadership and build lasting systems.
- Exposure to national supply chains demanding discipline, fairness, and innovation.
- The privilege of mentoring young professionals into capable managers.
How I Give Back
