- Flexible Open & Distance Education (FODE): Project management and teacher mentoring for community-based FODE centres such as Pimaga VET & FODE Centre (with Santos Foundation). Includes teacher induction, lesson tracking, assessments, and digital transformation.
- Vocational Education & Training (VET): Curriculum alignment, trainer development, and quality assurance across NC1–NC4 levels — helping young people gain trade qualifications and employment skills.
- Teacher Development & Capacity Building: Workshops, mentoring, and professional development for teachers in ECEC, primary, and secondary education.
- Early Childhood Education (ECEC): From setting up early learning centres (e.g. Edai and Boera) to training teachers and designing contextualized PNG curriculum and teaching guides.
- Education Research & LLN Testing: Conducting Language, Literacy & Numeracy (LLN) assessments and baseline studies to ensure training readiness for education institutions and workforce development programs.
Signature Achievements
- Managed the Pimaga VET & FODE Centre, delivering education access to over 200 students annually.
- Supported the Teacher Upgrading Program (Abt Associates PIE) through LLN testing and institutional HSE readiness surveys.
- Delivered Certificate Il in ECEC training for 20 teachers across NCD, Central Province, and Buka through Digicel Foundation.
- Established and managed Edai and Boera Early Learning Centres, integrating child protection and curriculum planning.
